With 15 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to helping students reach their potential. For the first eight years of my career I was a classroom teacher and for the last seven years I have been working as an Instructional Coach. Both of these roles have allowed me to affect students in different ways and I believe that we can learn just as much from our students as they learn from us. As a lifelong learner, I constantly seek effective strategies and innovations to enhance educational practices.
